    WHY EXERCISE?

    Why Exercise?

Many people are convinced that exercise is something “unnatural” that has just been invented to be a “nuisance”, or a part of a “rip off fitness industry”. Nothing could be further from the truth.

For hundreds of thousands of years, we as humans have had to fight and work hard to survive, creating a robust body. It always was “the survival of the fittest”. Now we have the “unnatural” situation of not having to fight and work hard to survive.

So exercise has always been there through all of time…. Just the last 50 years have become “unnatural”. Having to fight, avoid being “plundered and pillaged” on a daily basis, chase, dig, carry, climb (exercise) has always been there, keeping us well. Once we begin to think of exercise as “natural” and “necessary” to keep us at our optimum health, it will all become much easier.

At HEALTHY GLOW we know that good quality exercise is good for you, and more importantly we know how to get you healthier and feeling good about doing it!
